Is A Task Doer a jobs marketplace?
No. It’s a live local directory. It helps you find people nearby who are available now, and you agree the task and price directly with each other.
Do I pay through the app?
No. You and the Tasker agree the price and how to pay between you. If we ever charge a fee for a connection, you’ll see it, and what it covers, before you pay.
When is my address shared?
Only when you choose to share it, after a Tasker has accepted your request. Before that, people see an approximate area.
How are Taskers checked?
Taskers verify their identity before they can go Online and appear in search. Certificates, such as Gas Safe, can be added as badges.
How do ratings work?
After each job, the Client and the Tasker can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. There are no written reviews.
