Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Apps can store information on your device in a similar way. The law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) says we must tell you what we store and ask your permission for anything that isn’t strictly necessary.
1.This website
This website doesn’t set any cookies, and it doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner.
If we ever add a cookie that isn’t strictly necessary, it will be off until you agree to it, and we will update this policy first.
2.The app
The A Task Doer app stores a few things on your device that it needs to work:
What Why How long Sign-in tokens, kept in your device’s secure storage Keep you signed in securely Until you sign out, or 30 days without use A push notification token Deliver notifications to this device Until you sign out or remove the app Recent screens and settings Make the app quicker to open and remember your choices Until you sign out or remove the app All of these are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, so they don’t need your consent. The app doesn’t use advertising or cross-app tracking.
3.Error reports
When something goes wrong, the website and the app may send an error report to our provider Sentry, so we can fix it. Reports don’t use cookies and we have turned off the collection of personal details in them.
